  1. Prepare 1 kg of buntut sapi.
  2. You need 2 of kentang.
  3. Prepare 3 of baby wortel.
  4. Prepare 5-6 of baput (haluskan).
  5. You need 1/2 of bawang bombai (cincang kasar).
  6. Prepare 1 of bawang daun (potong kurleb 1cm).
  7. You need 1/2 sdt of pala bubuk.
  8. Prepare Secukupnya of : garam, merica, totole, gula.

  1. Bersihkan buntut, lalu presto 40 menit. (Saya kasih garam).

  2. Siapkan bumbu & bahan lainnya : haluskan baput, potong wortel & kentang, cincang kasar bawang bombai, potong daun bawang..

  3. Setelah selesai presto, tiriskan buntutnya..

  4. Panaskan mentega, masukan baput dan bawang bombai. Masak sampai wangi dan bawang bombai layu.

  5. Masukan bawang td ke kuah buntut. Tambahkan pala, merica. Masak sekitar 10 menit ato sampe mendidih. Lalu saring (kalo suka banyak rempah2 gpp ga di saring, sy lebih suka di saring).

  6. Setelah di saring, tambahkan air, masukan buntut & kentang, tambahkan gula, garam, totole. kalau kentang mulai empuk, masukan wortel, lalu bawang daun. Jangan lupa test rasa….

  7. Sajikan dengan taburan bawang goreng & kerupuk/emping. Saya ga kefoto empingnya krn belum goreng 😅.
