- You need 100 gm of rava (light roasted).
- Prepare 30 ml of boiled water.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- You need 3 tablespoons of Ghee.
- You need 5-6 of Green kadhipatas /curry leaves.
- You need 3-4 of Green Chillies chopped.
- It’s 2 of Onions chopped.
- You need 1 tablespoon of rai(mustard seeds).
- You need 1 tablespoon of jeera/cumin seeds.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Green coriander for Garnishing.

Take ghee in kadhai then put raee,jeera,green chillies, kadhipatas,chopped onions and let then cooked for 5-10 minutes once get done add rava,.
Salt and mix it well..
Finally add boiling water and cover it for 6 minutes more.
Serve hot with green coriander garnished..
