- It’s of whole chicken.
- Prepare of vinegar.
- It’s of salt.
- It’s of food color.
- Prepare of Dry roast masala.
- Prepare of Cumin seeds.
- It’s of coriander whole.
- It’s of black pepper.
- It’s of green cardamom.
- Prepare of Dry ingredients.
- You need of red chilli powder.
- You need of red chilli flakes.

- Prepare of yoghurt.

Lahori Chargha with Masala Rice step by step
First make cut on chicken and marinate it with vinegar,salt and food color for 1/2 hour..
Then wash and dry..
Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander whole, black pepper and green cardamom and grind..
In a bowl add yoghurt, grind masala,dry ingredients, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil mix together..
Now Marinate the chicken in yoghurt mixture over night..
In a wide bottom pan add water and place a stainer in that pan and put chicken on the stainer and close the lid for 15 minutes..
Take out the chicken from the pan..
Now deep fry chicken in a Karahi till crispy golden..
Serve hot with Masala Rice..
