Lahori Chargha with Masala Rice step by step
  1. First make cut on chicken and marinate it with vinegar,salt and food color for 1/2 hour..

  2. Then wash and dry..

  3. Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander whole, black pepper and green cardamom and grind..

  4. In a bowl add yoghurt, grind masala,dry ingredients, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and oil mix together..

  5. Now Marinate the chicken in yoghurt mixture over night..

  6. In a wide bottom pan add water and place a stainer in that pan and put chicken on the stainer and close the lid for 15 minutes..

  7. Take out the chicken from the pan..

  8. Now deep fry chicken in a Karahi till crispy golden..

  9. Serve hot with Masala Rice..
