You can have Suji Upma using 8 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.
Ingredients of Suji Upma
- Prepare 100 gm of suji.
- You need 2 of chopped onions.
- It’s 3 of chopped tomato.
- Prepare as needed of .few Rai seeds.
- It’s as per your taste of .salt.
- It’s as required of .Coriander leaf for garnishing.
- It’s 2 of chopped Green chilli.
- It’s as required of .water.
Suji Upma step by step
1.Take a pan to that add put half teaspoon ghee and roast a Suji till it becomes light golden red in colour. Then take out roasted Suji from a pan in a plate and keep it aside..
2.Then in a take 1 tablespoon refined oil to that add Rai seeds and then add chopped onion followed by 2 chopped Green chilli and allow it to cool for 2-3minutes till the onion gives beautiful golden red colour..
3.After this add 1 chopped tomato and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add Suji to it. Stir it well..
4.Then add water and salt as per your requirement. Cook it for 5 minutes. Your Upma is ready to eat. Serve it hot in a plate and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves..
