Vermicelli Upma/Pulao step by step
  1. Firstly, in a kadai heat oil and splutter mustard seeds urad dal, dried red chilli and few curry leaves..

  2. Now add green chilli. saute well. Further, add onion and saute slightly. Also add peas, carrot and capsicum. Saute for a minute..

  3. Additionally, add turmeric and salt. saute for a minute. Add chopped tomato..

  4. Cover and cook for 2 minutes or till vegetables turn soft..

  5. Add in cooked semiya and mix gently. do not over mix as semiya will get mashed..

  6. Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well..

  7. Serve hot..
