Firstly, add the butter to a small pan on a low heat & drop in the garlic. Gently heat through for a minute or two so the butter just melts. Leave it to one side while you prepare your dough..
Add the yogurt, seeds, salt & oil to a bowl and mix together thoroughly..
Now add the flour and bicarbonate of soda..
Mix into a dough with a spoon first, then your hands to form a large ball of dough..
No need to knead, just cut into 4 or 8 pieces and roll into rough disc shapes about 3-4mm thick. *It will be slightly sticky but just add a little flour to the board, and to each ball of dough when you roll them out..
