Masak sagu mutiara sesuai petunjuk kemasan sampai matang, lalu angkat langsung di rendam air dingin.
Selanjutnya, masak nutrijell sesuai petunjuk, tunggu sampai mengeras baru potong kotak.
Lalu rendam biji selasih dengan air matang secukupnya sampai mengembang.
Kupas mangga,pisahkan daging mangga nya lalu blender sampai halus, sisakan 1 buah mangga untuk di potong kotak2.
