- You need 1 Buah of Mangga,ambil daging buahnya (Dihaluskan/blender).
- It’s 1 Buah of Mangga,ambil daging buahnya (potong dadu).
- You need 250 ml of Susu Cair Uht(Full Cream) + 65ml Santan Instan kental.
- Prepare Secukupnya of Susu Kental Manis (Skm) kurleb 100g.
- Prepare Secukupnya of Bubur Sagu Mutiara (1 Sachet) (lihat resep).
- It’s of Nata De Coco (buang airnya) ATAU Nata De Coco Kw (lihat resep).
- Prepare Secukupnya of Jelly Mangga (1 Sachet Nutrijel mangga + 400ml Air).

Untuk membuat Jelly mangga, pakai Nutrijel rasa mangga, masak sesuai instruksi pada kemasan (masak dengan 400ml air sampai mendidih,tambahkan sedikit gula pasir jika ingin ada rasa manisnya, matikan kompor,diamkan selama 3 menit,masukkan serbuk acid,aduk rata). Tuang kedalam cetakan dan biarkan dingin sampai set (Menjadi Jelly,potong dadu) sisihkan..
Masukkan kedalam blender, 1 buah mangga yg sudah dipotong-potong,Susu cair Uht,santan instan kental dan Skm, blender sampai halus dan tuang kedalam gelas/mangkok saji jangan sampai penuh 3/4nya saja..
Tambahkan Bubur mutiara,Nata De Coco, jelly mangga,dan potongan mangga,aduk rata..
