Ambil ayam 1 potong masuk kan ke adonan basah, kemudian ke adonan kering sambil sedikit di remas bolak balik.. Ulangi lagi hingga 3x.
Goreng ayam ke dalam minyak yg panas namun dg api kecil (minyak harus banyak agar ayam ke celup semua saat menggoreng dan ayam bisa matang merata).
Kalau sudah kering kecoklatan sisihkan…
Buat sambal nya masuk kan bahan sambal semua nya ulek kasar..
Siram dengan minyak panas sisa menggoreng ayam tadi.. Ulek lagi hingga halus..
