Ifumi instructions
  1. Mie: rebus terlebih dahulu mie kering lalu tiriskan,siapkan minyak panas,kemudian cetak mie dng centong atau tnp di cetak (sesuai selera),goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan angkat,tiriskan & sisihkan.

  2. Capcay: siapkan bahan2,rebus jamur kancing lalu tirskan,potong2.cuci bersih ayam potong2 dadu(sesuai selera),cuci bersih udang buang kulitnya,bersihkan kotoran punggungnya,sisakan ekornya,potong2 sayuran,cincang halus bawang putih,geprek jahe..

  3. Tumis dng minyak bawang putih yg sdh di cincang masak hingga harum.lalu masukkan ayam masak sampai berubah warna,lalu masukkan udang,jamur kancing..

  4. Kemudian masukkan wortel,kembang kol,beri air, beri bumbu2 sprt kaldu bubuk,garam,lada,masukkan jahe(memarkan)didihkan,setelahnya masukkan pokcoy aduk2 dan terakhir masukkan larutan maizena,..aduk2 sampai mendidih..

  5. Test rasa,Jika sdh meletup2 angkat,pindahkan ke piring,tata mie dan capcay di atas piring saji,utk kuah penyajian sesuai selera,sy tdk pakai acar timun krn ga ada timun,utk menemaninya sy pakai saus sambel botolan👌.

  6. Sajikan.
