Chicken Rezala step by step
Marinate the chicken with salt, ginger, garlic, curd, white pepper and white oil for 45mins..
In a pan heat generous amount of ghee then Garam masala (cinnamon, cardamom, clove) bay leaves. Then give the onion paste and stir till the raw smell go then add salt and I personally add one green chilli (optional)..
Add the marinated chicken in it and cover the pan cook in low flame for 30 mins. In a separate frying fan give some refined oil and fry Kashmiri red chilli’s then just pour it on top of the preparation..
Switch off the flame and serve hot with Indian breads (roti, naan, tandoori roti, paratha)..
