Chocolate Muffins step by step
  1. At first for preparing muffins take 2 bowls and seporate the egg yolk and egg white.

  2. Now beat the egg yolk and egg white until it becomes fluffy… Then add flour, baking powder and coco powder in a bowl.

  3. Now mix the powdered mixtures and sniff them properly 5 to 6 times..Then add butter and oil in them and mix.

  4. Then add milk and egg yolks and beat it well with electric beater for 10 mint… Then add the mixture it in beaten egg white and beat it well.

  5. Beat the batter well for 20 to 25 min then take a muffin pan grease with oil and then add butter pepper and then add the mixture in them slowly and heat it on the floor 5 to 6 times to remove bubbles.

  6. Cook them in over at 200°C for half an hour and check with tooth pic if it was dried then put them out of over and let it cool… Then took them out of it carefully……

  7. Now for preparing chocolate syrup add butter in a pan let it melts then add milk and stir continusly make sure the stove's flame was low… Then add coco powder and stir.

  8. Then add chocholate (chocho bliss spread) and cook until it becomes thick for 10 to 15 mints then when it cools then add vanila essence and then spread it over the muffins…..

  9. Then garnish coconut powder and crushed Almonds and serve with coffee… ❤.

They should be lightly cracked on top and spring back if you gently press them. (Watch the melted chocolate though - that burns!) Let them cool in the muffin tins for ten minutes, then serve.
