  1. Take a large bowl and sieve Maida, CoCo powder, Baking soda, Baking powder..

  2. Also add Vanila extract, Butter or oil.

  3. Further add Milk and combine with help of whisk.and smooth batter..

  4. Make sure to the get flowing consistency cake batter..

  5. Grease the aluminum moulds with batter. And pour the batter.

  6. Now preheat the oven 180 degree and bake for 15 minutes..

  7. After 15 minutes. Allow to Cool it for 5 minutes before removing..

  8. Now scrape the side with a knife and invert onto plate Pat gently..

  9. Now add sprinkle some poweder sugar.

  10. Serve the cut Choco Muffin..

They should be lightly cracked on top and spring back if you gently press them. (Watch the melted chocolate though - that burns!) Let them cool in the muffin tins for ten minutes, then serve.
