  1. You need 1 pack of chicken thighs (with skin).
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
  3. You need 1/3 cup of teriyaki sauce.
  4. It’s 3/4 cup of bbq sauce(or more!).
  5. It’s of Black Pepper.
  6. It’s of Garlic Powder.

An easy homemade barbecue sauce covers this baked (or grilled) chicken. When think of baked chicken, I think of cornflake chicken or parmesan chicken. Those two (along with buttermilk fried chicken) are some of our favorite family dinners. Turn the chicken thighs a couple of times to avoid burning.

  1. Rinse and pat dry chicken thighs, then place into a large baking pan…….

  2. Sprinkle Black Pepper and Garlic Powder over both sides of thighs……

  3. Meanwhile mix together the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and bbq sauce in a bowl, spread mixture over thighs……

  4. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for an hour…..Your chicken will have a beautiful dark glaze over it !!!! 😋.

  5. Serve with veggies or my Garlic Ramen Noodles and enjoy!😋.

Move the chicken thighs to the side without direct heat. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well with the chicken thigh. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Once the pan is nice and hot add in the chicken skin side down.
