  1. It’s 50 g of Rolled Oats.
  2. You need 120 mL of Milk (any type).
  3. You need 1 tsp of Chia Seeds.
  4. It’s 1 Tbsp of Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy).
  5. You need 1 Tbsp of Strawberry or Raspberry Jam.

Top with additional strawberries, if desired. In a small bowl, defrost the raspberries in the microwave until soft. Mix almond milk, raspberries, rolled oats, powdered peanut butter, chia seeds, and sugar together in a container. A little note on serving size. this recipe is good for two servings.
