  1. You need 10 butir of cabe rawit biasa.
  2. It’s 10 butir of cabe rawit yg tidk pedas.
  3. Prepare 7 siung of bawang merah.
  4. It’s 1 buah of tomat merah.
  5. You need 1 cup kecil of kecap manis (5-7 sdm).
  6. It’s Sejumput of garam (tambahan saya).
  7. You need 3 buah of jeruk sonkit (me skip krna tidk ada).

You can buy kecap manis from online (e.g. Amazon), but if your neighborhood Asian market has them, it will most likely be much cheaper. If you must make a long trip to Asian market, be sure to stock up since they can last for a while. KOKITA KECAP SAMBAL HOT: This is a thick sweet sambal with added hot chili flakes.

  1. Siapkan bahan, potong2 bawang merah, iris cabe dan tomat.

  2. Masukan dlm mangkok, tambahkan kecap dan sdikit garam.

  3. Aduk2 lalu sajikan bersama ikan bakar, ayam panggang dkk,,.
