Cut the Gobi into florets and cook in hot water for 5 mins.
In a bowl mix all purpose flour, corn flour, pepper powder, salt and half a teaspoon of soy sauce with enough water to make a thin paste..
Dip the florets in to the paste to coat them evenly.
Then deep fry in oil and keep them aside..
