dice all dried fruits to small pieces.
put all mix dried fruits with water and orange juice soak for 10 or 30 minute or even overnight.
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS.
in a big bowl mix flour and baking powder then add mix fruits and beaten eggs.
divide equally to baking tin loaf and level top.
top with sun flower seed and bake at 160 C for 35 minute.
cover top loosely if top brown too quickly.
