Chicken Rezala Bengali Style instructions
Firstly Make the 2 required Paste.
Marinate the chicken and keep it for 1/2hr at least..
Take a vessel add Ghee and oil. Let it heat..
Add Bay leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamoms, Cloves, Pepper Corns. Saute for a min on high flame..
Add Dried Red Chillies and onion Paste, and let it cook for 6-7 mins..
Later on add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Green Chillies, Cumin powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cashewnut+poppy seeds Paste. Saute for a min..
Add marinated Chicken saute for 5mins.Then add water, salt, Garam Masala, Sugar and let it cook for 15-25 mins..
Let the Salt and chicken..
Add Saffron Strands and Kewra Water, and let it cook for 5 mins, later add little fresh cream..
