  1. Firstly Make the 2 required Paste.

  2. Marinate the chicken and keep it for 1/2hr at least..

  3. Take a vessel add Ghee and oil. Let it heat..

  4. Add Bay leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamoms, Cloves, Pepper Corns. Saute for a min on high flame..

  5. Add Dried Red Chillies and onion Paste, and let it cook for 6-7 mins..

  6. Later on add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Green Chillies, Cumin powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cashewnut+poppy seeds Paste. Saute for a min..

  7. Add marinated Chicken saute for 5mins.Then add water, salt, Garam Masala, Sugar and let it cook for 15-25 mins..
