11) SATE TAICHAN ~~~ step by step
Cuci bersih fillet ayam, kemudian potong untuk ukuran sate.
Haluskan bawang putih, kemudian masukan ke dalam fillet ayam yg sudah di cuci tambahkan saos tiram, garam dan ketumbar bubuk… marinasi selama 30 menit.
Setelah marinasi, tusuk ayam kedalam tusukan sate… panggang menggunakan teflon, sampai matang.
Cara mebuat sambel : rebus cabai bersama bawang putih sampai empuk, kemudian ulek sampai halus tambahkan garam dan kaldu bubuk,, beri perasan jeruk nipis.
