Ingredients of Matcha cookies
  1. You need 140 g of flour.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of matcha powder.
  3. It’s 1/2 tsp of salt.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of baking soda or 1.5 tsp baking powder.
  5. It’s 170 g of melted butter (cold).
  6. It’s 200 g of brown sugar.
  7. Prepare 50 g of white sugar.

  1. DRY INGREDIENT : Sift flour with matcha powder, baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt.

  2. WET INGREDIENT : Melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar.

  3. Then Mix with mixer until smooth.
