  3. Celupkan dada ayam yg sudah dimarinasi tadi kedalam putih telur tadi..

  4. Masukkan kedalam tepung panir. Lanjutkan sampai dada ayamnya habis.

  5. Lalu masukkan kedalam freezer (±)15menit..

  6. Siapkan minyak goreng lalu goreng chicken katsu yg sudah dimasukkan ke freezer tadi. Sajikan dengan penuh cinta..
