  3. Panaskan minyak di wajan. Ambil 1 slice ayam, masukkan ke adonan tepung basah, tiriskan sebentar kemudian letakkan di wadah berisi tepung panir, tekan2 kemudian balik. Goreng dg api sedang..

  4. Jgn sering dibolak balik, cukup dilihat sdh agak kecoklatan atau belum, kemudian di balik. Goreng sampai coklat keemasan, angkat dan tiriskan..
