Ingredients of Gule Kambing
  1. You need 350 gr of daging kambing.
  2. You need of Bumbu rebusan :.
  3. Prepare 1 btg of kayu manis.
  4. Prepare 2 batang of sereh digemprek.
  5. Prepare 2 lbr of daun salam.
  6. It’s 5 lbr of daun jeruk.
  7. It’s 5 bh of cengkeh.
  8. You need of Bumbu halus :.
  9. It’s 3 siung of bawang putih.
  10. It’s 7 siung of bawang merah.
  11. You need 1 biji of cengkeh.
  12. Prepare 1 sdt of merica.
  13. You need 1 sdt of ketumbar.
  14. It’s 1 sdt of jinten.
  15. It’s 1 ruas jari of kunyit.
  16. You need 1 ruas jari of jahe.
  17. Prepare 1 ruas jari of laos.
  18. You need secukupnya of Garam.
  19. Prepare 1 sdm of Kaldu bubuk (me Jamur totole).
  20. Prepare 1 sdm of gula pasir.
  21. Prepare 30 ml of santan bubuk di cairkan.
  22. You need secukupnya of Kecap manis.
  23. Prepare of Untuk penyajian tambahkan : irisan bawang daun, bawang goreng.
Gule Kambing instructions
  1. Rebus daging kambing ± 30 menit.

  2. Ganti air rebusan pertama utk menghilangkan lemak, Masukan bumbu rebusan : kayu manis, cengkeh, daun, salam daun jeruk. Rebus selama ± 15 menit.

  3. Haluskan bumbu lalu tumis sebentar hingga harum.

  4. Setelah rebusan 15 menit masukan bumbu halus yg sdh ditumis kedalam air rebusan daging bersama santan cair aduk2..

  5. Gule siap di hidangkan saat akan di sajikan tambahkan bawang daun, bawang goreng dan kecap manis… Selamat menikmati.
