First mix the dry ingredients then add 1 egg n ghee mix well..
It should hold its form like in the pic.now add warm milk n knead the dough.add little ghee or butter n cover it with wet cloth n let it rest 10 mins..
Actual dough.now roll the dough n cut into desire shape like flower,square or sprinkle some sesame seeds on top n cut into round mixture..
Now deep fry them on medium flame.when biscuits are cool can store in airtight container.(note u have to be fast while frying)look at my son's happiness 😊.
