- It’s of chopped onion.
- You need of chopped Tomato.

Vegetables Upma step by step
Heat a pan add rava and roast well. Don't brown the rava. Once the rava fragrant switch off flame add roasted rava in a plate..
In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee or oil add mustard seeds and cumin seeds saute along with urad, chana dal cashews, almond saute for a minute..
Now add chopped onion fry till translucent. Add chopped tomato, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves stir for a minute..
Then add 2.5 cup water to this mixture add salt stir well on a medium to high flame..
Then add roasted rava stir immediately..
Rava absorb water and cooked..
