  1. Wash with hot water,strain and soak Foxtail millet.Add 5 bowls of water and soak.Soak for 3 hours.Soak urad dal and Chana dal for tempering..

  2. Chop all veggies,chop finely onions,tomato,carrots,french beans,peeled peas..

  3. Chop tomato,green coriander..

  4. Chopped veggies.

  5. Roast peanuts on tawa till little brown and crush coarsely with Rolling pin..

  6. For preparation,Add oil and ghee in pan,add mustard seeds,splutter.Add chopped onions,saute till light golden brown,add curry leaves,add soaked Dal's and cover and cook.Cover and cook for few minutes..
