Roast the rava for 7-8 min in medium flame..
Heat the oil put mustard seed, chilli, curry leaves, potatoes and onion..
Cook for 3-4 min the add soaked moong, urad and chana dal..
When all this ingredients get completely cooked then add roasted rava..
Add little bit of water then cook..
Again add little bit of water and cook for a minute..
Ready to serve with beet root, coriander leaves and curd..
