Ingredients of Coconut & lemon scones
  1. You need of plain flour.
  2. Prepare of unsweetened dessicated coconut.
  3. It’s of caster sugar.
  4. You need of butter unsalted slightly softened & cubed.
  5. You need of skim milk.
  6. You need of baking powder.
  7. You need of salt.
  8. It’s of lemon extract (not flavouring or juice).
Coconut & lemon scones instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 180°and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. Put milk, extract and coconut in a small jug mix well and set aside.

  3. Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl and mix till well combined.

  4. Add butter and using fingertips and bringing hands up above bowl make into fine breadcrumbs.
