Ingredients of Vegetable Upma
- It’s 1 cup of sooji.
- It’s 3 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of tomato.
- You need 1/2 cup of peas.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cauliflower.
- It’s handful of roasted peanuts.
- It’s to taste of salt.
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It’s 1 of radish.
- It’s as needed of oil.
Vegetable Upma step by step
First roast the sooji and keep aside.
Take a pan add ghee in it put cumin seeds then add peas cover it with lid for 5 min.
Then add onion cook it till onion change its colour.
Then add raddish, cauliflower, tomatoes in it cook all vegetable till soft..
Then add salt,3 cup of water then 1 cup of rosted suji in it.Stir it for 5 minutes.
Garnish with roasted peanuts. your vegetable Upma is ready..
