- It’s of chicken.
- You need of Black Pepper powder.
- It’s of Fenugreek leaves.
- Prepare of Lemon.
- Prepare of cooking Oil.
- It’s of Garam Masala powder.
- Prepare of Chat Masala powder.
- You need of medium sized Onion.
- It’s of small Ginger and 12 Garlic cloves.

Afghani Chicken Dry step by step
Add black pepper, kasturi methi, Lemon Juice, cooking oil, Garam Masala, Chat Masala and Salt to Chicken and Marinate.
Grind Onion, Ginger and Garlic, Green Chilli and Coriander Leaves.
Add the mixture, cream and curd to the chicken.
Pan fry the chicken until it turns golden brown for 5 to 6 mins with open lid.
Add remaining mixture and cook for 10 mins.
