I don't like beans in my chili. I'm not carb free; I may make chili mac out of some of it. I added my favorite taco toppings to each bowl, aka sliced green onions and sharp cheddar cheese, plus a crush of tortilla chips to mimic the crunch of a taco shell, but do you and make this Taco Chili your own with your favorite toppings.   1. Reheat chilli in microwave/saucepan/instant pot (check out my other recipe for chilli).

  2. Grate cheese, chop jalapenos and coriander.

  3. Make salsa if you haven't already (check out my other recipe, it's really easy!).

  4. Plate up! Peel off a leaf of lettuce for each taco, and load with chilli, grated cheese, salsa, jalapenos and coriander. Enjoy! It can get messy so bring tissues..
