Campurkan margarine/butter cair dengan gula palm, SKM dan vanilla est lalu mix hingga rata. saya mix nya pakai ballon whisk.
Tambahkan secara bertahap tepung terigu, baking soda dan garam lalu mix sampai tercampur rata.
Tambahkan potongan coklat DCC dan chocho cip lalu kembali mix. setelah itu tutup dengan plastik warp dan simpan di kulkas selama 10 menit.
Cetak adonan dengan sendok, ini saya berat per adonan nya 20gr. lalu susun diatas loyang dengan memberi jarak karna nanti adonan akan melebar.
Panggang dengan suhu 170° selama 12-15 menit (sesuaikan/jangan terlalu over bake). jika sudah matang bisa dinginkan dan siap dinikmati ❤.
