Take a bowl and add cornflour, flour, salt and pepper along with the beaten egg in it. Mix with salt, pepper, egg and cornflour. Heat wok with oil and deep fry each piece of chicken. When hot add the chopped chillies, ginger and garlic.

Put oil in wok and fry chopped garlic cloves for 30 seconds. Marinate chicken with cirnflour black pepper and salt for 30 min and then fry until golden brown..
