Slow cooked pork tenderloins with vegetables instructions
Line your slow cooker with a cooking bag or spray with cooking oil.
Prepare all vegetables including tomatoes and place them in the slow cooker. Then mix both cans of broth together with soy sauce, gravy mix, 1 teaspoon each salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons each parsley and thyme and pour over vegetables and mix up throughly.
Prepare pork by rubbing on Dijon mustard and Sprinkling on salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme.
Place in a hot skillet with butter and olive oil and lightly brown on all sides but don't fully cook.
