Cut cauliflower into small pcs. And wash with 2-3 water..
In pan pour water, add 1 spoon salt and boil. Once water started boiling add cauliflower to it and boil for 2-3 minutes..
By the time cauliflower is getting boiled, we can cut idli into small pcs..
In bowl add maida, rice flour, salt, chilli flacks, black pepper, ginger garlic paste. Add water and make thin batter..
Heat oil, dip cauliflower in batter and fry. Once it turns to golden brown take out. Same steps follow for idli..
In different pan add 2-3 spoon oil & heat, add chopped garlic fry till it turns to brown..
Add onion, capsicum & salt, fry till onion become soft. (I didn't have capsicum so it's missing in my pic).
Add all kind of sauces and mix..
Divide this mixture into two parts..
In one part add fried cauliflower and give a nice mix..
In second part add fried idli and give nice mix..
