- It’s 2 tbsp of corn flour.
- It’s 2 tbsp of rice flour (optional).
- You need 1/3 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 of pouch Maggi taste maker.
- You need As per taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of Schezwan chuntney.
- It’s For of Coating:.
- You need 1 pack of maggi finely crushed.
- Prepare For of manchurian:.
- You need 2 tbsp of oil.
- It’s 5-6 of garlic cloves.
- It’s 1 of small chopped capsicum (red).
- Prepare 1 of small chopped capsicum (green).
- It’s 1 of small chopped capsicum (yellow).
- You need 2 of green chillies chopped.
- You need 1 of small onion chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of spring onions (optional).
- Prepare 1 Tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of vinegar.
- You need 1 Tsp of soy sauce.
- It’s 1 Tsp of tomato ketchup.
- It’s 1 Tsp of green chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Schezwan chutney.

Take 1½ glass of water and give it a boil, add 2 packs of Maggi noodle, and cook well do not use Maggi tastemaker..
Now take onion,spring onion 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp rice flour, 1/3 red chilli powder, maggi taste maker, salt, Schezwan chutney, mix well using hands..
Make balls using enough water if your balls looks dry..
Now coat balls with crushed maggi..
Put some oil in pan enough to fry these balls on medium flame, fry them until they turn golden brown in colour..
Manchurian gravy- Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and green chillies and cook until garlic turn golden, now add capsicum, onion, spring onion and saute for 2 min till they become tender..
Now add red chiilli powder, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney accordingly, cook for one minute..
Add balls into the gravy just before serving because balls will get soggy after serving and the crunchyness will be gone, garnish some coriander leaves or spring onions..
