Baby corn manchurian instructions
First wash and cut baby corn from center in to two pieces and boil it in water..
Finely made paste of ginger garlic in mixing jar,merinate baby corn with corn flour,maida, ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper for half hour. Keep aside..
After that shallow fry it in oil..
Cut all the veggies in to long and square pieces..
Take a pan, add veggies in it, saute well for 5 minutes..
Add all the sauces and vinegar according to given proportion. Saute it well..
Add fried baby corn with it and also add salt and pepper..
Add tilli in it and mix it well..
