Mix all ingredients and make soft dough..
Heat oil..
Make medium size balls and fry till golden brown in colour on medium to low flame..
Keep aside..
Now heat oil in wok. Put chopped garlic and spring onion..
Add cornflour slurry. Mix well..

Mix well. Add required amount of water. Let it boil..
