  1. Cut gobhi & broccli flower in bite size florets.wash throughly.boil water with 1 tsp salt.add gobhi & broccli florets in boiling water.boil for 3 minutes at medium flame..

  2. Take out florets from hot water & keep at strainer to drain off excess water..

  3. Made batter.mix maida,cornflour,salt, paprika in a deep bowl.add little water at a time to mix batter.it should neither be runny nor too thick.a medium consistency batter with no lumps..

  4. Add gobhi florets in batter first.heat oil in a wok, add batter coated florets in hot oil over medium heat & fry to golden colour.keep aside..

  5. Now add broccli florets in batter, coat them well & fry in hot oil over medium flame.keep aside..
