- Prepare 500 gr of buntut sapi bersihkan.
- You need 3 batang of wortel, potong2.
- Prepare 1 buah of kentang ukuran besar,potong2.

Didihkan air secukupnya,masukan buntut sapi,masak kira2 15 menit lalu buang air rebusan.
Tumis bawang putih Bawang merah jahe hingga wangi,lalu masukan air matang tambahkan cengkeh kayu manis pala,lada garam dan penyedap jamur.
Masak buntut sapi sampai empuk baru masukan wortel selang beberapa saat masukan kentang masak sampai kentang lembut..masukan tomat seledri daun bawang didihkan.
