Put in afew scoops of oats in a jar Then pur in some milk, this is to avoid the oat sticking at the bottom.
Then add in afew scoops of your preferred yoghurt Add the shredded carrot to layer the mix Add pecans as your toppings Refrigerate overnight for that sizzle taste.
