In a mixing bowl take suji, salt and water and mix it. Rest for 10 minutes as suji becomes thick..
In between prepare all stuffing items..
Now add it into suji and mix it well..
Now in this time you add baking soda with dash of water..
Now heat the pan with minimum oil and put one spoon suji mix on it..
Flip the other side and fry till it become brown..
