Aloo Manchurian step by step
Boil potatoes in pressure cooker..
Peel and chop the potatoes..
Add Maida, corn flour, salt, chilli powder in a large and mix well..
Add a little to make a smooth paste..
Add chopped potatoes in the paste and mix well..
Heat oil in a pan..
Drop the potatoes slowly in the hot oil..
Fry until they become golden brown & crispy..
Remove and drain the excess oil on tissue paper. Keep aside..
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan 2 tbsp and add,onion, garlic and fry Until the light golden brown..
Add capsicum and saute for few seconds..
Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce mix well. Add salt..
Dissolve one tbsp of corn flour in half cup of water..
Pour it in the pan. And let it cook for couple of minutes..
Add fried potatoes and mix well..
Hot Aaloo Manchurian is ready to serve..
