Idli manchurian instructions
Take a bowl of poha and eventually add buttermilk to it give rest of 15 min.
Simultaneously take a bowl of rava and add buttermilk to it. Give rest of 15 min.
Now combine both batter and mix them very well..
Add a packet of eno.
The batter of idli is ready… Put the batter in idli stand.
Idli will be as soft as of regular one.
Chop the idli to fry them.
Now prepare slurry to dip idli into it before frying it.
For slurry :take a bowl mix maida soya sauce salt and red chilies power, black pepper to taste.
Your slurry is ready to dip idli in it.
Now take a pan add oil to it.
