Campurkan bahan A dengan whisk sampai rata, sisihkan.
Beralih ke bahan B : mixer putih telor bersama cream of tartar hingga mulai berbusa lalu masukan gula secara bertahap, mixer hingga memgembang soft peak.
Masukan bahan B ke A secara bertahap sambil diaduk rata menggunakan spatula, hati hati jangan sampai overmix.
Tuang ke loyang yg sudah dialasi kertas roti (saya pake yg bulat dm. 20).
Panggang di oven selama kurleb 30-40menit dengan sistem steambaked*.
Keluarkan cake dari oven dan loyang, biarkan sampai sama dengan suhu ruangan lalu boleh dipotong.
