  2. You need 3 lb of leg of lamb.
  3. It’s 3/4 cup of marsala.
  4. Prepare 1 cup of chopped carrots.
  5. You need 8 of chopped red potatoes.
  6. It’s 1 1/2 of garlic cloves.
  7. It’s 1 1/2 tsp of ground sage.
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of rosemary leaves.
  9. It’s 1 tsp of oregano.
  10. You need 1/4 cup of chopped green onion.
  11. It’s 1/4 cup of sliced almonds.

  1. pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  2. slice lamb down to bone ( leaving the bone in) into 4-6 slices.

  3. place lamb in glass baking dish and pour 1/2 cup marsala over top.

  4. in different bowl mix chopped red potatoes, chopped carrot, garlic ( crushed) , chopped green onions, sliced almonds, 1/4 cup marsala, rosemary, oregano, and sage. (mix well).

  6. cover with foil and bake for approx. 1 hour or until meat thermometer ( placed in center) reads 145°F for medium-rare , 160°F for medium, or 170°F for well done..

  7. remove from oven, uncover, and bake for additional 5-10 min..
