Ingredients of Chicken Manchurian
  1. You need 1/2 of bornless chicken.
  2. Prepare 2 of egg whites.
  3. You need 2 tbs of corn flour.
  4. It’s of Red, yellow and green hohos.
  5. It’s 1 of onion (large).
  6. You need of Carrots (cubes).
  7. You need of Cooking oil for deep frying.
  8. It’s of Dark saysauce.

Take a bowl and add cornflour, flour, salt and pepper along with the beaten egg in it. Mix with salt, pepper, egg and cornflour. Heat wok with oil and deep fry each piece of chicken. When hot add the chopped chillies, ginger and garlic.

  1. Place the egg whites in a bowl add corn flour then add the small pieces of chicken mix well.

  2. Deep fry the chicken until Golden brown.

  3. Fry the onion should not turn Golden brown then add the garlic. Followed by the carrots and hoho add dark soysauce then add the deep fried chicken let it cook for some minutes.

For the Manchurian sauce, heat oil in a pan. Lightly fry garlic and ginger till they just change color. Add green chilies and cilantro leaves. Reduce heat, add chicken stock, Soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and ajinomoto. Add corn flour mixed with water and give one boil.
