  1. Clean and chopped the Vegetables and baby corn put a pan on medium flame on gas add 2cup water boil the chopped baby corn in hot water for 3 mins put it aside let it cool.

  2. Make a thick batter adding 2spoon cornflour and required water in a bowl do not make lumps in the batter add pepper powder mix it well.

  3. Put a pan on gas on medium flame.pour 3spoon oil in the pan dip babycorn in the batter fry it from both side in hot oil until it turns golden make a thick batter again with1 spoon cornflour and required water to put it in the gravy.

  4. Again in the pan in 2spoon hot oil on medium flame add chopped onion.green chilli chopped ginger and garlic stir it 3mins then add chopped capsicum saute it 2mins then add ketchup soya sauce red chilli sauce salt and 1spoon cornflour batter stir it 2mins add two cup water In the pan.

  5. The gravy is thick in 4mins stir it continously add sugar atlast do not make any lumps add babycorn and vinegar in the gravy.

  6. Switch off the gas ur hot babycorn manchurian is ready to eat enjoy.

  7. Serve it hot with fried rice chapati or naan.
