  2. It’s of Smoked fish.
  3. You need of Poma.
  4. It’s of Palm oil.
  5. It’s of Diced onion,Diced tomatoes,Diced pepper.
  6. Prepare of Spinach or collard greens.
  7. You need of Salt, cayenne pepper.
  8. You need of Seasoning.
  9. You need of Ground egusi.

Other ingredients include red palm oil, African crayfish, meats and fish, seasoning, hot pepper and some form of leafy greens. Egusi soup is an exotic hearty food that will satisfy your taste buds.   1. Use a pot to heat d palm oil.

  2. Clean d stock fish and boil in another pot with onions till soft..

  3. Add d meat to it and allowed to boil for 30mint.

  4. Then add d onions,pepper,seasoning,grinded melon, and crayfish to d heated oil and allow steaming for 1mint.

  5. Pour in d cooked ingredients into d fried ones and allowed to boil for 10mint.

  6. Add pumpkin leave (ugu) and salt to taste and allow to simmer for 5mints.
